What Odanisi isThe work behind every stay, in one place›
Guests rarely leave a bad review about your interior design. They leave one about something somebody didn't know: the gate code sent late, the room that wasn't ready at 2 PM, or the caution fee that took three days to return.
Hospitality in Lagos is real work. Today, that work is scattered across three WhatsApp groups, voice notes, and someone's memory. When everyone is texting and nobody owns the job, the guest finds out first.
Odanisi connects the booking, the housekeeper, and the payout into one quiet flow, so your guests never experience the scramble.
What it takes off your handsProtecting your turnaround window, 11 AM to 3 PM›
- The housekeeper triggers the next step. Blessing checks the apartment on her phone with a two-minute room checklist. When she taps "All clear", the refund queue unlocks automatically.
- Your caution fees are protected. A refund physically cannot be paid out until the room inspection is logged. Nobody sends money back by mistake.
- Zero WhatsApp disputes. If ₦10,000 is held for a broken wine glass, the photo and note are logged in the permanent record. The guest sees the exact breakdown. Nobody has to argue.
- Guests get answers instantly. When a guest messages at 11 PM asking about their caution, Nisi answers from the live inspection record, not from a script.
- Your guest book stays yours. Direct bookings, guest history, and repeat preferences belong to Amanda Residence, not an OTA.
If you say yesWhat happens next›
We start with one apartment.
I come in and set it up for your team myself, on my own time. No setup fee, no contract, at no cost to Amanda Residence.
We run that single apartment on Odanisi alongside whatever you do today. If it gives your manager clean oversight and takes the stress out of checkouts, we can talk about the rest of Amanda Residence. If it doesn't, you haven't lost a single kobo.
About the founderWho is building this, and why›
I'm Godson, a 20-year-old software founder building here in Lagos.
I believe there are operational headaches in Nigerian hospitality that we have accepted as normal, but shouldn't be. Waiting days on caution refunds with zero updates is just one symptom. Most property management systems today just arrange bookings on a calendar. They don't help a busy manager actually coordinate housekeepers, track repairs, or oversee operations from their phone.
The reason I am setting this up at no cost is simple: there is no better way to understand the real complexity of Nigerian hospitality than to co-design the system on the ground, alongside an operator I respect.
I believe the software that powers how we operate shouldn't always be imported from somewhere else. It can be built here in Nigeria, and used all across Africa.
I build out in the open every single day:
